Returns Policy: Furnishings

If you wish to withdraw an online purchase you have made, you can cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing sales@echogrove.com.au and providing a valid and legitimate reasoning for your withdrawal, if your reasoning is deemed acceptable you will be granted a store credit to use against future orders. If you have any queries regarding a product or purchase, we advise contacting an Echo Grove representative prior to purchase, we will gladly provide further clarification and personal service for your buying confidence.

After this time, we cannot accept the cancellation or return of furniture or any other products due to change of mind, except at Echo Groves absolute discretion. 

 

Returns Policy: Homewares

In addition to the above, if you change your mind about a homewares purchase ordered online or collected and paid for in-store, you may return the product within 3 days of delivery receivership (if ordered online) or purchase (if bought in-store), provided the product is returned in its original condition, in its original unopened and sealed packaging, and with the original sales docket or other proof of purchase. Store credit will be applied once the inspection and approval of the original condition of the returned item(s) are completed.

Please note that all items posted via any general courier service are done so at your discretion, cost and risk, Echo grove shall not refund for products that are not received, or that are received broken or damaged.

Products excluded from our 7 days returns policy are: indoor and outdoor furniture products, indoor and outdoor lighting products, any delicate products containing glass or marble surfaces, any wall hanging products such as artwork or mirrors, clearance and sale products, products sold as seconds, floor-stock, repaired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customer's attention before the purchase of the product.

Online orders can only be returned with prior advice given to Echo Grove and a subsiquent return approval has been given at Echo Groves discretion, any goods returned without a return approval given will not be accepted as returned. If your return request is approved, at your cost, you must return the good(s) to the nominated Echo Grove store as oulined in the return approval, in the same manner as the were dispatched too you.

 

Defective products

To provide a smooth, positive, and satisfying buying experience, we perform spot checks on most items prior to dispatch.
